2020 Fill Up ‘N Win Raffle Promo Mechanics:

1. For every purchase of any HONDA Motorcycle at any Exclusive Honda dealer shops nationwide, a customer may join the promo thru filling up the User Form attached to the Owner’s manual (old user form will be valid as long as the customer purchased the motorcycle within promo period April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021).

2. A customer must fill out the questions in the User Form, and then clearly write the Full Name, Address, Contact Nos., Selling Dealer Branch and Signature.

3. Drop the filled up User Form in the drop boxes located at any participating exclusive Honda dealer shops.

4. Promo period is from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

5. Selling dealer branch of the winning customer will also win gift certificates. A notice letter will be issued to the Head Office about the winning branch.

6. Deadlines for receiving the entries will be on March 31, 2021 at 5:00 pm.

7. Winners will be notified through registered mail from HPI. Winners’ name and photo will be published in the Official Facebook of Honda Philippines, Inc.

8. A person can only win once per draw date. All non-winning entries for the 1^st draw will not be included in the 2^nd Draw. All non-winning entries after each draw will still be qualified in the Grand draw.

9. Each winner must be in good credit standing with the dealer if he/she purchased his/her motorcycle in installment basis.

10. Winners can claim his/her prize at the dealer shop where he/she bought his motorcycle.

11. Winners must present 2 valid IDs (e.g. driver’s license, passport, SSS ID) and Original Receipt (O.R.) and Certificate of Registration (C.R.) of his purchased motorcycle to claim the prizes.

12. Redemption Period of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed shall be forfeited in favor of Honda Philippines, Inc. with prior approval from DTI.

13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

14. Prizes are tax free (20% tax exceeding Php 10,000.00 shall be shouldered by Honda Philippines, Inc.) but winners shall shoulder other incidental expenses e.g. registration, insurance etc.

15. All employees of Honda Philippines, Inc., as well as its participating dealers, advertising agencies and their relatives up to second degrees of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.

16. All forms in sealed drop boxes will be consolidated in one venue.
