TAGAYTAY, AUGUST 27, 2017 – 16,000 motorcycle riders and enthusiast gathered at Tagaytay International Convention Center last August 27 for the 8th Motorsiklo Xklusbo themed Gr82B8. Various motorcycle manufacturers as well as sponsors for parts, accessories, oil, and other motorcycle services set up booths with various promos and activities for the riders who came from different areas of Luzon.
Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI) enticed riders with its “I Look Good On A Honda” booth which features four motorcycles from its Automatic lineup – the Honda BeAT and Click. The booth was also built with mirror panels for walls on three sides for photo opportunities. Participants go to see themselves “look good on a Honda.”
Their selfies also gave them a chance to win several freebies upon entering the Pick-A-Prize contest. Participants simply registered at HPI’s booth, took a selfie with the MC models and uploaded it on Facebook with the hashtag #ILookGoodOnAHonda. Each selfie gave them a pass to draw lots for their prize, which ensured no one left empty handed. Freebies included a Zoomer-X Baller, a Click Cap, a Honda Towel, Honda Sunglasses and a Honda Jersey.
In the afternoon, various clubs participated in the group games facilitated by HPI, such as the Calamansi Relay, Kasya, and more. Victorious groups went away with freebies like Honda helmet bags and jackets.
The festivity was heightened with the raffle of the CB150R Streetfire, which went to Mr. Marvin Turalde from Bonifacio Global City.
Participants were also treated to Mr. Peter Bering’s product talk regarding Program Fuel Injection, which emphasized Honda’s edge in terms of fuel consumption and maintenance. Other Honda smart features present in the latest MC models were also briefed to the crowd, such as the Idling Stop System, Combi Break System, and the Answer Back System.
Motorsiklo Xklusibo is hosted by DZME 1530KHz Radio Uno, and will return for its 9th year this 2018. Honda’s participation is a way to ensure that it gives back to its loyal clubs and customers.
